Step 1: Initial Medical File Creation

Upon arrival, our onsite medical staff will generate a medical record for each patient in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) portal.

Step 2: Patient Assessment

Our staff will conduct a thorough assessment, recording the patient’s vitals and symptoms in the EHR system. This information is then submitted to the available doctor for review.

Step 3: Video Consultation with Doctor

Soon after, the doctor on duty will receive the patient’s information and initiate a video conference call using our onsite equipment.

Step 4: Diagnosis and Prescription

The doctor assesses and diagnoses the patient, providing remedies and prescribing necessary medications. This ensures that patients receive accurate and timely medical advice.

Step 5: Medication and Follow-Up

Our onsite staff will provide the prescription and direct the patient to a local partner pharmacy to obtain their medications free of cost.

The AEI Telehealth Clinic will cover all prescription costs, ensuring patients are not responsible for medical expenses.
