Azadar e Imam (AEI) Clinic is committed to providing free medical OPD services to needy individuals and families. Our mission is to ensure high-quality healthcare regardless of their financial situation.
We offer a comprehensive range of medical services through a blended approach, combining onsite care with advanced telehealth technology, to residents in our area of operations, which currently includes selected cities in the Republic of Iraq and Pakistan. Our onsite team of dedicated healthcare professionals collaborates with telehealth specialists to ensure patients receive timely and accurate diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
AEI Telehealth Clinic is a non-profit effort of Azadar e Imam Canada, a non-profit charitable organization.

AEI Clinic Kot Addu Pakistan

Our clinic in Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan, is fully prepared for operation, and we are in the final stages of finalizing additional details before we officially commence services. The clinic aims to cater to the surrounding communities, providing specialized support for women and children. Our operating hours are set from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday, ensuring patient accessibility. The day-to-day clinical operations will be managed by our local administrator, Mr. Syed Riaz Kazmi, and Dr. Syed Aqdas and his dedicated team, who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and attentive care to all our patients. We look forward to becoming a vital resource in the community and enhancing the health and well-being of residents.

Our clinic in Najaf al Ashraf is fully prepared for operation, and we are in the final stages of finalizing additional details before we officially commence services. The clinic will operate from 6 PM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring accessibility for our patients at convenient times. Day-to-day clinical operations will be managed by Arif Najafi, along with Dr. Fauzia Mehdi and her dedicated team of para medical staff, who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and attentive care to all our patients. This clinic features a telemedicine operation, further supported by teams of specialists as needed, enabling us to provide comprehensive care tailored to our patients' needs. We look forward to becoming a vital resource in the community and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents.

AEI Clinic Najaf Al Ashraf, Iraq

Our clinic in Karbala, Iraq, is currently undergoing preparations, as this will be our flagship operation designed to provide comprehensive medical support. In addition to general healthcare services, this clinic will also host laboratory services to conduct various tests as prescribed by our medical staff. Strategically located to serve the community surrounding the Shrine of Hazrat Aoun (AS), the Karbala clinic will function as an urgent care facility for the greater Karbala population. Operating hours are set from 6 PM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring accessibility for our patients at critical times. This clinic will also feature a telemedicine operation, supported by specialized teams as needed, allowing us to deliver timely and effective care. We look forward to becoming a vital resource in the community and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents.

AEI Clinic & Laboratory - Karbala, Iraq

AEI Kufa, Iraq clinic is set to commence operations in April 2025. We are currently in the process of finalizing consultation and medical setup details to ensure a smooth launch. This clinic will serve the residents of Kufa and surrounding communities by providing essential healthcare services. Strategically located near the shrine of Hazrat Kumail Ibn Ziyad, the clinic’s operating hours will be from 6 PM to 10 PM, seven days a week, ensuring accessibility for our patients during critical hours. This facility will operate as a telemedicine clinic, further supported by teams of specialists as needed, allowing us to offer comprehensive care tailored to our patients' needs. We look forward to becoming a vital resource in the community and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents.

AEI Clinic Kufa, Iraq

Our clinic in Dad Laghari, located in Tasel Mirpur Mathelo, Gothkey, Pakistan, is scheduled to commence operations in April 2025. A site has been identified and procured to establish this essential healthcare facility. The clinic will serve one of the least developed communities, where the fatality rate can reach as high as 50% for patients unable to receive basic medical assistance. To address this urgent need, the clinic will operate from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday, with additional weekend hours based on the urgency of cases. This will be a telemedicine operation, further supported by teams of specialists as needed, allowing us to provide comprehensive care remotely. We are committed to becoming a vital resource in the community and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents.
